Academia Europaea has expanded the network and launched a regional Hub in Tbilisi.
The joint initiative led to the establishment of a regional center that is consistent with the Academia Europaea’s values and Pan-European interests in the region of South Caucasus.

On 26-27 October 2022, the 33rd Annual Conference of the European Academy (Building Bridges 2022) was held at the Barcelona Biomedical Research Center (PRBB), hosted by the Academia Europaea Barcelona Knowledge Hub.

Tbilisi State University (TSU) with the financial support of Academia Europaea is holding an International Seminar "Internal QA: Perspectives and Challenges", on October 10, 11, and 12, 2022.

Honorary Doctorate of TSU was awarded to Prof. Sierd Cloetingh for his special contribution to the development of the TSU research infrastructure.
