From May 23-25, 2024, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University will host the 2nd International Scientific Conference “Translational and Clinical Medicine – Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence in Medical Education and Research.” The conference will bring together members of the International Advisory Board of the TSU Faculty of Medicine from 12 countries worldwide. The working language of the conference is English.
The conference aims to share international knowledge and experience with the Georgian medical community, including academic staff and students of the TSU Faculty of Medicine, on the results achieved through the implementation of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in medical science and practical healthcare. It will provide a platform for participants not only to become familiar with the latest advances in artificial intelligence and digital medicine, but also to engage in discussions on the introduction of digital processes and tools in medical education, research, and healthcare service delivery, including the potential applications of artificial intelligence.
Abstracts of the conference presentations will be published in the English-language international journal of Tbilisi State University, Translational and Clinical Medicine – Georgian Medical Journal (ISSN 2346-8491), which is indexed in Google Scholar and EBSCO databases.
The conference is organized by the TSU Faculty of Medicine with the financial support of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia. Media coverage of the conference will be provided by the medical television company Pulse TV. Information partner of the Conference is AE Tbilisi Hub.
